D.W.A.C. LTD are an Occupational Health & Safety and Risk Management Practice, located in Newcastle working throughout the United Kingdom and overseas. We are a private, independent Practice and have been established since 1986.

We offer an initial consultation for all potential clients. The benefits of the initial consultation include :

• a review of potential client safety documentation and performance,
• advice on current safety legislation and suggested action plan for safety compliance
• a written report of our findings.

There is no charge for this initial consultation. (Nominal fee for expenses charged for consultations outside the immediate area).

We operate various schemes for our clients, the most popular being our Membership Scheme The features and benefits of Membership include:

• Member's specific telephone service for advice
• Monthly safety bulletin
• Notification to the Enforcing Authority in the event of injury and dangerous occurrence
• Documented safety health check
• Annual statistical analysis and report
• Use of our Practice name in relation to our clients' business
• Practice 'competence' under current safety legislation
• 10% discount deducted from all other safety contracts i.e. compilation of Safety Policies, COSHH, Risk, Manual Handling, DSE & Noise Assessments etc.

Membership fees are based on a formula viz numbers employed, type of business, geographical location etc.

All our operations are documented and subject to our Standard 'Terms and Conditions' of Business.
